Annual Reports are Due!

Make sure you file your annual reports.

Florida has a due date of May 1st for annual reports.  Keep in mind these are not tax returns and are separate from your state income tax filings. Failure to complete this timely will result in a $400 late fee or worse.  The state will dissolve your entity in September and then you will need to file for reinstatement.  Yes even more expensive.   I have created a quick video that will walk you through the process.  It only takes a few minutes and will really save you time and money in the long run.     Head on over to Sunbiz.org and get this done!
